Todd Su a.k.a Samuel Su, has more than 15 years of experience selling homes. He began with one office in Northern California. Currently, he has offices in both Northern and Southern California.
Founded in 1998 by Mr. Su, Realty World Todd Su & Associates has quickly become one of the premier real estate and manufactured home offices in the region. By 2009, he was recognized as the top manufactured home sales person/broker in the bay area. Currently, he manages over 20 agents, loan officers and staff, in a large high tech 5000 square foot office.
Mr. Su has been involved in the community of San Jose where he was born and raised. He directly organized and participated in an annual clean-up campaign for seniors in mobile home communities Christmas time. He has sponsored various educational programs and seminars to help buyers and sellers understand more about current market conditions and available resources so they can make informed decisions.
Mr. Su is a member of National Association of Realtor, California Association of Realtor, Santa Clara County Association of Realtor, just to name a few.
His office has sold an average of over 400 manufactured homes/mobile homes a year.
He has a powerful 1, 2 combination of him doing sales and management and his wife, Cindy, handling over $20 million in loans per year and mentoring agents. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 3 year old son, Vincent, as well as basketball, tennis and golf..
